This master's thesis is focused on developing and improving the motivation system in Contipro Group company. The current motivation system is analyzed by using internal resources and questionnaire research. New solutions and betterments are based on intended shortcomings of current motivation system. They are created to increase motivation for good performance and satisfaction of employees.
Professional development of teachers at a selected high school

The thesis deals with the proffessional development at a selected high school and attitude towards it, to identify possible barriers to their proffessional development and on the basis of the findings to propose measures for improvement. Attitude means their relationship to professional development. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the issue. In the empirical part, the author uses a qualitative approach with a case study design and analyses the results of semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions. The research sample consists of 8 teachers of the selected secondary school and the headmistress of the school. Finally, the author summarizes the findings, compares her findings with other research, and lists the benefits and limitations of the work. Based on the results of the research, she submits recommendations for practice that reacts many of the barriers identified by respondents. The results of the research show that teachers develop professionally to varying degrees and consider development to be a natural part of their work. They identify barriers such as lack of time or lack of motivation from management. Management then perceives the financial burden and inappropriate timing of training events as a barrier. This diploma thesis focuses on the professional development of HR Officers in a selected organization. The main goal is to find out and describe the approach of HR Officers in the selected organization to their own professional development. The presented work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, areas and terms related to the researched issue are defined. The first chapter deals with the field of personnel studies. Specifically, it is dedicated to HR Officers, their roles, HR activities, competencies and opportunities for further professional education. The second chapter focuses on the area of employee education and development. It deals with corporate education, systematic education, methods of education and development, and motivation and barriers in the further education of adults. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology of the research investigation. The diploma thesis deals with the motivation and educational needs of teaching staff, specifically primary school teachers, within the framework of continuing professional education courses. The work also deals with the barriers to further education experienced by these workers. Further education of teaching staff enables teaching staff to deepen or expand their qualifications, which is essential for the further performance of their profession. Factors influencing the motivation for such education can be quite diverse and result from the individual educational needs and attitudes of specific individuals. Analysis and identification of these educational needs is important for planning and subsequent implementation of educational activities. The aim of this thesis was to find out what motivates primary school teachers to further professional education, what educational needs they feel and what barriers they perceive in further professional education. Motivation of teaching staff from a selected kindergarten for further education and professional development

The thesis focuses on the motivation of teaching staff for further education, the use of their potential and the professional development of individuals. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is mainly focused on motivation, motivational program and the teaching staff itself. Attention is also paid to further education, lifelong learning and curriculum and strategy documents. Within the research part, four research questions have been set based on the aim of the thesis. The empirical part is based on the research design of the case study. Within the case study, both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods are used to obtain data. For the teaching staff, a questionnaire survey method is used, while data is collected from the school management through a semi-structured interview. From the data collected, certain barriers are identified that make it difficult for the teaching staff to further their education and development. The thesis deals with the topic "Training and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens". The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the educational needs of teaching staff in kindergartens in the context of their further education and to propose a concept of further education of teaching staff of the organization. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and describes the system education, forms and methods of educational development of the staff of the selected organization. The thesis describes the importance of lifelong learning in the framework of continuing education of teaching staff, then the concept of who is a teaching staff, what is education and learning, human resources and their management. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of further professional education and the system of corporate education. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, the basic terms associated with the concept of lifelong learning are defined, with an emphasis on terminology related to further professional education, employee development, human capital and career management. One of the chapters is devoted to the setting of the company education system and education strategies. In the empirical part, the identification of educational needs and the analysis of the system of corporate education of call center employees were carried out. The research was carried out at the XY publishing house in Prague. Based on the obtained data, a competence model of call center workers was designed and subsequently implemented into the employee education strategy. The thesis focuses on the identification of the training needs of municipal police employees and defines possible areas of further professional development. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the objectives and mission of the municipal police, its specifics in terms of development and further professional education of employees. Part of the theoretical framework has been developed the issues of lifelong education and learning, motivation for professional development and the possibilities of further professional education of employees or officers. In the empirical part, the educational needs of employees - constables assigned to municipal / city police forces were examined, i.e. analysed and identified, and based on the results, areas of further professional education and development of employees were defined. Emphasis was placed on current societal issues that affect the work of constables. The topic of lifelong learning of officers was viewed through the lens of current technological and knowledge developments.
